Want to have formal recognition of your ability to aid organisations in transitioning to FAST? Then apply to join the FAST Certified Consultants (FCC) community.
Two Levels Of Certification
Level I Certification
A Level I Certified Consultant is someone that has:
proven their understanding of FAST
is already a consultant
has been accepted by the FCC Comunity
paid their fees
Level II Certification
A level II Certified Consultant is someone with all the above and:
have published a case study for a FAST implementation that they have been a part of
have at least two referrals vouching for your FAST experiments
be an actively contributing member of the community
How To Get Certified as a FAST Consultant
Apply and pay the application fee - $250 USD
Take a test
Be interviewed and accepted by several members of the community
Stay up to date with annual dues
When you are ready for level II, submit the URL to your published case study (or have it posted to the FAST site).
FAST Certified Consultants
Level II Consultant - Denmark
Per has been a trainer and worked with Team Development for over 30 years, the last 20+ years of which in Agile.
The typical titles he uses in his work are Facilitator, Guide, Scrum Master, Coach, Agile Coach or Team Developer.
He is well known in the community for his Graphical Facilitation skills and is famous for his YouTube video on Scrum by the Book.
Level I Consultant - Canada
Olivier is a strategic advisor, trainer, and speaker. He has been applying collective intelligence methods since 2009, drawing inspiration from Open Space Technology, which he experienced during transformative projects early in his career.
In 2014, he launched Agile Open Montréal, an event that has sold out every year since its inception. Olivier also developed approaches similar to FAST for two large, successful projects before meeting FAST creator Quinton Quartel in 2022, during a three-month program on humanistic and democratic work practices. He now incorporates FAST principles into his coaching and has presented its theory in two talks at Agile Tour Montréal.
